Experience
Since 2007, I have worked across regional HR, sales organization, and M&A integration at AB InBev; new-consumer 0-to-1 building at SNOWPLUS; new-business organization and national replication at Longfor Group; and AI systems plus product portfolios at Whoos Solutions.
That background makes me less interested in prompt tricks and more interested in how capability is defined, decomposed, delegated, audited, and evolved. Agentic Engineering is the name I use for that method.
