Experience
Since 2007, I have worked across regional HR, sales organization, and M&A integration at AB InBev; new-consumer 0-to-1 building at SNOWPLUS; new-business organization and national replication at Longfor Group; and AI systems plus product portfolios at Whoos Solutions.
That background makes me less interested in prompt tricks and more interested in whether AI can enter roles, workflows, knowledge, accountability, and governance. Agentic Engineering is the method layer; AI Organization OS is the public framing for the transformation problem.
